Karleigh Osborne

Karleigh is a former professional footballer who played for Millwall, Bristol City, Colchester United, AFC Wimbledon, Plymouth Argyle and Grimsby Town. After hanging up his boots he went on to manage Brentford Women where he coached them to three promotions and won three trophies before stepping down at the end of the 24/25 season. He founded 24 Football Academy which coaches kids aged 6-14.
He has recently launched Dedicated to Development where he supports both athletes and people in other fields with mindset coaching to help them achieve their goals.
He is a club ambassador for Brentford FC and makes regular appearances on co-commentary at their matches. He works with other broadcasters such as TalkSport, giving his perspective and opinions on the latest matches.
He is available for Keynote speaking around resilience and mindset and what he has learnt throughout his career. He is a family man with three kids and is focused on personal development. He is available for Brand Partnerships and is especially interested in wellness and continued learning.
