I have known Kate for a few years now. As one of our customers, she was very proactive and contacted us to offer her help with an online survey, and also recommended that we integrated a Net Promoter Score question into the survey so that we could get an accurate grip on what our customers thought of the Tekkers brand, business, marketing and customer service.
