    We offer training on the different platforms, how they work, things to look out for, the best way to use them etc. We also stay up to date with new platforms as they launch such as Periscope and can offer a point of view and recommendations on how to use them.

    Finding Your Social Voice

    We will work with you to understand your personality and objectives for your social accounts so that we can identify topics for you to talk about and the right times to post. We will provide recommendations on posting strategy and then hand over to you to manage your accounts.

    Putting Words in Your Mouth

    You get everything in the Basics package plus a number of pre-written posts for you to use when you want. You will also get a monthly report on performance so that you can understand more about what works.

    Being Your Eyes and Ears

    This is our most dedicated service. As with the Basics package, we spend time with you to get to know you and then once we have agreed on a tone of voice and posting strategy, we will manage your entire social presence. We will post out direct from your accounts and will monitor and moderate any incoming posts. We will provide you with content calendars in advance so that you know what to expect and will send you monthly reports on performance and engagement
